A new poll by Magellan Data and Mapping Strategies shows President Barack Obama enjoying a significant lead over his 2008 rival Hillary Clinton among voters likely to participate in the 2012 New Hampshire presidential primary election. Obama leads Clinton in the hypothetical matchup by a margin of 58-28 percent. The poll also showed Obama beating Howard Dean 78-10 percent and Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) 79-8 percent.
Hillary Clinton is currently serving as President Obama's Secretary of State and has told reporters that she will not run for president in 2012 or 2016, according to CBS News. Dean recently made similar comments on Meet the Press, saying he does not expect President Obama to face a primary challenge.
