A new PPP Poll shows Sarah Palin trailing President Obama in support among Pennsylvania voters by a margin of 51-36 percent. In fact, Obama led all five of the potential Republican candidates for president mentioned in the poll, including The Keystone State's own former Senator Rick Santorum. Here's how the rest of the numbers break down:
Obama 50% New Gingrich 40%
Obama 48% Rick Santorum 40%
Obama 46% Mitt Romney 42%
Obama 47% Mike Huckabee 44%
The last time a Republican presidential candidate won in the state was in 1988, when George H. W. Bush narrowly beat out Michael Dukakis, 50-48 percent.
