Former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty delivered the following speech to members of Merrimack County Republican Committee during a January 24th, 2011 reception at the Grappone Center in Concord, New Hampshire. Pawlenty was ostensibly in the state to promote his new book, Courage to Stand: An American Story, but openly acknowledges that he may run for president in 2012.
